ABOUT US

My journey started at 10 years old when I started cooking. I had a fascination with creating wonderful dishes. I would watch the food channel just to get new ideas on how to spice it up. I became the cook for the family. Later in life, I worked in the prison system.  There was need for employment opportunities for the ex-offender population. Many ex-offenders reenter the work force with many doors closed in their face. I decided to be that change agent to help make a difference in the recidivism rate. My goal is to hire many ex-offenders to help them reestablish self-esteem, independence, financial stability, and mental peace. Please join me in the effort by your purchases and/or your donations.
